BWF has supported Foot Locker and its divisions for more than three decades with PR and cause-related programs that span the USA, including:

  • A shoe donation program for deserving nonprofits and charities.

  • The Foot Locker Cool School Video Program, Champs Sports Get on Board Program, and Kids Foot Playing it Safe program. These combined outreach programs donated more than 50,000 pairs of shoes and hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment to 50 inner-city school systems around the country. All three brought professional athletes and celebrities like LL Cool J into these school systems.

  • On-the-ground promotions at NFL Super Bowls® and NBA All-Star Games®.

  • Publicity for the nation’s largest gift card program for gun buy-backs by a national retailer.

  • Co-marketing programs with Nike and Fila to donate new basketball courts at community parks and recreation centers.

  • Development and delivery of a branded outreach program in which Houston Rockets guard and 2018 NBA MVP James Harden gave out Foot Locker gift cards to inner city youth in Houston.

  • Coordinating more than 2,500 interviews with Foot Locker Cross Country Championship finalists and their hometown media.
